Using Information Technology

The Using IT NVQ aims to provide the student with a good understanding of computer applications and a knowledge of different computer environments.

These qualifications would be appropriate to anyone who makes a significant use of IT to process information and provide support to others in all areas of the working environment.

Work Experience Covers the Following Areas:

Locate information from the Internet
Provide training to small groups on various software applications
Designing posters
Word processing
Provide limited technical support
General administrative duties
General office duties
