Operating Information Technology Level 2

The Operating IT level 2 aims to provide the student with a good technical understanding of computer systems, periphals and networking.

This course would be suitable for anyone whose main job role is operating information technology systems and to provide service and support to users.

Work Experience Covers the Following Areas:
Fixing printer problems
Loading software/operating application
Resetting computer configurations.
Assisting network set-up
Setting up computers, installing printers scanners, projectors etc
Replacing hardware and fixing associated problems
Assisting colleagues with computers applications and general Windows operations
