The ECDL establishes standards for everyone who uses a computer. Method of assessment builds around a distinctive logbook which records the skills you demonstrate in each of the seven computer related modules. All but the first module are tests of practical skill rather than theory. Final achievement of a full book leads to the award of your licence.
