The Administration NVQ aims to provide the student with a good understanding of Office applications, communication skills and will equip the student with the skills to be able to operate in all areas of business functions.

Work Experience Covers the Following Areas:
Answering/making telephone calls
Handling incoming and outgoing mail
Filing
Faxing
Photocopying
Use of software applications e.g. word-processing, spreadsheets, database, powerpoint, e-mail, internet
Liasing with other members of staff and customers
